Trying to get the last out of some peaches for the season, I decided to throw about 2 tbs of butter, the same amount of brown sugar, the juice of a lemon and a healthy splash of pear flavored vodka into a sautee pan with a large sliced peach. On medium high heat and keeping an eye on it, let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

How about a small scoop of no added sugar ice cream and garnish with fresh rasberries, whipped cream and a dash of cinnamin? So simple, but so tasty!
